Cecilia is exploring fabrication processes that allow us to make better performing reflection gratings for ultraviolet astrophysics. She is a NASA FINESST award winner (2021), which she uses to investigate the potential for nano-imprinting on effectively and efficiently replicating grating patterns etched first into silicon using electron beam lithography (EBL).
